Returns & Refunds Policy
At LilAura, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ultra-luxury anti-tarnish jewellery. As all our transactions are securely processed through our official Etsy storefront (LilAuraElegance), our returns and refunds are governed by our Etsy shop policies and UK Distance Selling Regulations.
- Returns Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us via Etsy messages to request a return, and 30 days to dispatch the item back to us.
- Condition: Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Custom or personalized items are also non-refundable.
- Process: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment via the Etsy platform.

3. Terms of Sale
When you click to purchase an item, you will be redirected to Etsy.com. Your contract of sale is formed upon completion of checkout on the Etsy platform, and is subject to both LilAura's shop policies and Etsy’s overarching Terms of Use.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are quoted in GBP (£). Payments are processed securely via Etsy Payments, which accepts major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. LilAura does not directly collect or store your payment details.
5. Product Reviews
We encourage customer feedback! Verified buyers may leave product reviews directly on our Etsy storefront. We may occasionally highlight these reviews on lilaura.uk for marketing purposes.
6. Gift Cards
Currently, any gift cards used to purchase LilAura items must be official Etsy Gift Cards, redeemed through the Etsy checkout system.
7. Delivery
We pride ourselves on fast UK shipping. Dispatch times and delivery estimates are provided at the Etsy checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal strikes or customs clearance for international orders.
8. Cancelling Your Order
You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase by messaging us directly through the Etsy platform. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
9. Products
We strive to accurately display the colours and details of our jewellery. However, variations may occur depending on your device's screen. Our "Anti-Tarnish" guarantee applies to normal wear and tear and adherence to our care instructions.
10. Your Personal Information

11. Limiting Our Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LilAura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
12. Disputes
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Unresolved transactional disputes are mediated through the Etsy Resolution Centre.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Treats Loyalty Scheme Terms & Conditions
Participation & Collection of Points
The LilAura "Treats" program rewards our returning customers. Currently, as our checkout operates via Etsy, loyalty rewards and discount codes are distributed manually to repeat buyers via email or direct Etsy messages following a qualifying purchase.
Exclusions
Points/rewards cannot be earned on shipping costs, gift wrap fees, or the purchase of gift cards. Wholesale or B2B orders are excluded from the consumer Treats scheme.
Treats Vouchers & Redemption
Vouchers issued by LilAura will be provided as unique Etsy Promo Codes. They must be entered at the Etsy checkout prior to payment completion. Vouchers hold no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.
Returns
If an item purchased using a Treats voucher is returned, the refund will equal the actual amount paid. The voucher will not be reissued.
Additional Benefits - Ad Hoc
LilAura reserves the right to offer surprise upgrades, early access to new collections, or free gifts to loyalty members at our sole discretion.
WEEE Regulations
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is UK legislation aimed at reducing the amount of electronic waste going to landfills. While LilAura primarily retails traditional and anti-tarnish metal jewellery, should you purchase any item from us containing electronic components (e.g., LED gift boxes or quartz watches), you can return your old equivalent item to us for safe disposal under the WEEE take-back scheme. Please contact our Customer Care team for a return address.
Gift Cards, eGift Cards & Giftwrap
Gift Cards
Because LilAura processes payments exclusively through our Etsy shop, we only accept official Etsy Gift Cards. Please refer to Etsy's specific terms and conditions regarding the purchase, expiry, and redemption of their gift cards.
Giftwrap Terms & Conditions
We offer premium luxury gift wrapping for a small additional fee, selectable at checkout. The gift wrap fee covers the materials and labour required to beautifully package your item. If you return an item, the gift wrap fee is strictly non-refundable.
